PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach small paper sheets for memorandums to the wrist of a person to satisfy a prompt need to make the memorandums which has been met so far by inconvenient means of writing them directly on the back of the hand or on the skin of the wrist. SOLUTION: Adhesive paper sheets 2 for memorandums are fitted to a band 1 wound on the wrist.
