PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a color design of various type variable patterns by pretreating a front surface of a press formed FRP molded plate to enhance adhesive properties of a coating film, then screen printing the pattern with a rapidly curable ink, coating it with clear paint after curing the printed surface, and finishing it. SOLUTION: To manufacture an FRP decorative plate suitable for a wall panel or the like of a manufactured bath, first an overall surface of a press formed FRP molded plate 1 is wiped with a thinner to remove a mold release agent. Then, an ultraviolet curable ink as a rapidly curable ink 2 is printed by a screen printing method. Then, the printed surface is irradiated with an ultraviolet ray by an ultraviolet illuminator to cure the printed surface. Subsequently, the overall surface of the plate 1 is coated with ultraviolet curable paint as a clear paint 3 by a roll coater, then similarly irradiated with the ultraviolet ray by the illuminator to cure the paint 3, thereby completing the paint 3 to complete a product. According to this, a time required to cure the printed surface by the ink 2 can be shortened.
