PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail inverting device capable of keeping the safety in work, reducing the labor, saving the personnel and labor, and improving the efficiency. SOLUTION: The rail inverting device comprises an inverting panel 3 in which a plurality of claw members 2 to be inserted in both sides of a rail web portion 1b from one end of a rail 1 are mounted on a front surface in an off-centered manner from a specified distance from the axis 4 of inversion, a support member 5 to rotatably support the axis 4 of inversion of the inversion panel 3, and an inverting means 7 which is arranged on the support member 5 to invert the inversion panel 3, and the rail is inverted by the claw members 2 around the axis 4 of inversion.
