PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a urinal flushing device for flushing a urinal by ejection of water from a spreader to flush the urinal over a proper wide range even at low flow rate and to prevent water ejected from the spreader from flowing out of a bowl at high flow rate. SOLUTION: A slit-like main water eject hole 40 is provided in the lower surface of a spreader 16 adapted for flushing the bowl surface 14 of a urinal and a curved main guide surface 54 is provided in an inner hollow part 34 and in a position biased to the center from the right and left ends of each of the hollow part 34 and the main water eject hole 40. An auxiliary water eject hole 58 is provided on the extension line of the main guide surface 54 and flow of water toward the right and left ends of the hollow part 34 is directed downwards and diagonally outwards by the main guide surface 54 to forcibly eject water through the auxiliary water eject hole 58.
