PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a repeelable pressure adhesion type double-sided tape capable of laying floor coverings such as hot-water mats in the hot-water mat type floor heating and flooring materials with good workability to firmly fix them and simultaneously, capable of reusing the hot-water mats and other inner layer materials among these floor coverings without damage when the floor coverings are renewed. SOLUTION: This repeelable pressure adhesion type double-sided tape can be obtained by laminating a non-tacky or slightly tacky masking material having fine voids almost uniformly dispersed and present in its entire surface on one side of two pressure-sensitive adhesive layers, and the tensile strength in the long direction of the masking material is not less than 10 kg/50 mm, and the distance among fine voids is 3-6 mm, and the ratio of the covering area of the masking material to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 10-50%.
