<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart both of biodegradable and antimicrobial properties to a card case composed of biodegradable plastic by imparting the antimicrobial properties respectively to at least the outer flank and inner flank of the card case. SOLUTION: A biodegradable antimicrobial card case 1 consists of a container body 3 which constitutes a housing part 2 for housing the card 5 to a box form and a cap part 4. The cap part 4 is partly connected to the container body 3 to enable the opening and closing of the cap part 4. Another biodegradable antimicrobial card case 6 is formed by opening one side of a resin sheet as an aperture and fabricating the other end by thermal welding, etc., with a heat sealer, etc., to a bag form so that the card 5 can be put into and out of the biodegradable antimicrobial card case 6 through the aperture 7. The antimicrobial function is imparted respectively to at least the outer flanks and inner flanks of such biodegradable antimicrobial card cases, as a result of which the antimicrobial material prevents the propagation and proliferation of the bacteria sticking to the surface of the card and annihilates the bacteria.</p> |
