PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of public nuisance during the simplification and reuse of a production device and its process by joining the joining part of each tile of a tile unit by sticking a non-vinyl chloride-based thermosetting resin on a joint part and the rear face in prescribed thickness. The thermosetting resin 2 is hardened for prescribed temperature and time, since it can be packed before being restored down to a room temperature, the simplification of a curing device can be contrived, a stock yard is not needed, and a manufacturing cost can be reduced.
