PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the finger or the nail to be cut or injured, by attaching a tool, to the finger, for protecting them so that the finger or the nail is not cut when a kitchen knife is used for cooking. SOLUTION: This safety tool for a kitchen knife is very simple. One or two safety tools are inserted into the respective fingers other than the thumb to cut a matter. The tool can be adjusted to thickness of fingers of each user. The tool, which is fitted to the first joint and the second joint, increasingly becomes thicker from the slightly slender tip, and has a tilting protective wall at the upper part in order to provide further safety. A part of the rear surface is cut so as to facilitate movement of the fingertip. This tool is designed so that the tool is spaced from the fingertip by at least about 5-7 mm to prevent injury of the fingertip, and safety and hygiene are considered mostly.
