PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wide range of ultrasonic photographing range in the direction roughly orthogonal to the long axis of an inserting part while having a view direction ahead of the inserting part. SOLUTION: A cap 33 as hollow member covering an ultrasonic vibrator 2 is provided on the front end side of a tip part body 31 provided with a forceps channel 35 as pipeline opened on the rear side from an ultrasonic wave transducing surface of the ultrasonic vibrator 2, a strut 32 is provided on the front end side of the tip part body 31 so as to be positioned on the side of the cap 33 to arrange a photographing part 36 and a lighting optical system 37 thereon and a link member 34 is provided on the tip sides of the cap 33 and the strut 32 to securely link the cap 33 and the strut 32. A space part 30 is formed on the sides of the cap 33 and the strut 32 between the tip part body 31 and the link member 34 while a groove 41 is formed as outlet of the forceps channel 35 at the position facing the opening of the forceps channel 35 of the link member 34.
