PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve agitating performance in a chamber and to miniaturize an agitating device by arranging agitating blades pivoted to a partition wall freely rotatable around the rotation axis inclined to the rotation axis of a cutter disk and a hydraulic cylinder type actuator capable of reciprocatively rotating/driving the agitating blades in the chamber. SOLUTION: A partition wall 4 partitioned in the vertical direction is arranged in a front end part inside of a body member 2, and a chamber 5 is defined in a back part of a cutter disk 3 by the partition wall 4. An inclined bottom wall part 12 is welded in a forward and downward inclined shape over an inside tip vicinity part of the body member 2 from a lower end vicinity part of the partition wall 4 to the lower end vicinity part of the partition wall 4 so that the inclined bottom wall part 12 as a fixing wall material partitions a bottom part in the chamber 5. An agitating device 6 has agitating blades 10 of four blades and a hydraulic cylinder type actuator 11 for reciprocatively rotating the agitating blades 10 to agitate earth and sand flowing in the chamber 5 when excavating the inside of a tunnel by rotation of the cutter disk 3 by rotatably and pivotally fixing the agitating blades 10 to the inclined bottom wall part 12.
