PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaching a ramp to a structure of concrete or the like by forming the anchored part of the ramp into a double structure, embedding an anchor element in advance, injecting a setting material such as concrete, and attaching the ramp after setting of the setting material and removal of a form. SOLUTION: An anchor body 1 comprising two interconnected rectangular tubes 11 each formed with a return projection on its female part is mounted in a form, and a setting material is injected therein; after the material is set, the form is removed, after which the part of the ramp 2 having a male rectangular insertion rod 22 formed with the return projection is inserted into the rectangular tube 11 of the anchor element 1 so as to attach a ramp to a structure. The rectangular cross section may be converted into a circular or polygonal cross section or the return projection may be replaced by a helical thread with a circular cross section.
