PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically controllable blind device capable of adjusting the intensity of sunlight entering through windows. SOLUTION: This automatically controllable blind device includes a blind 2 disposed inside a window 1 and having a number of slats 2a, a light detector 3 receiving light inside the window 1 to detect the amount of light received, a first control means outputting a control signal related to the angle of each slat 2a according to the amount of light detected by the light detector 3, and a motor 5 for varying the angle of each slat 2a according to the control signal from the first control means. The device also includes a temperature detector 6 for detecting air temperature in a gap 1b between a window pane 1a and the blind 2, an exhaust fan 8 for exhausting air in the gap 1b outside of the room, and a second control means performing control to operate or stop the exhaust fan 8 according to the temperature detected by the temperature detector 6.
