The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an outer envelope containing gelatine and an inner non-aqueous liquid or semi-liquid phase containing 0.265 to 8 % spermicide, 7 to 15 % hydrosoluble agent, 5 to 10 % bioadhesion agent, 1,5 to 7 % gelling agent and up to 100% lipophilic agent, compatible with the latex of condom rubber, the percent being expressed by weight.
