The actuating drive has a transfer wheel (18) cooperating with a drive cam (16) swiveling on an axle by means of a pedal (14). An adjusting wheel joined to the turntable cooperates at least with a catch so as to lock the turntable in at least one defined angular position. The adjusting wheel and transfer wheel are connected by a free-wheel in one rotary direction. The catch cooperates with a guide cam (34) on the pedal and releases the adjusting wheel simultaneously with pedaling.
