The anchor has two anchor screws (6,7) arranged centrally in cylindrical insulation parts (3,4), which are arranged in cup-shaped positive-locking releasably interlocked parts (1,2). The cup-shaped parts have a central bore (1.2,2.2) in their bases, into which the insulation parts project, and through which the anchor screws project on both sides. An insulation disc (5) is arranged between the screw heads of the anchor screws.
