PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas is provided eliminate vapor in the mixing gas generated from an apparatus for electrolysis for producing pure hydrogen-oxygen mixing gas. The mixing gas is useful for several works by adding volatile compounds having carbon to hydrogen-oxygen gas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating hydrogen-oxygen mixing gas comprises a device for electrolysis, a device for cooling gas and a device for dry to filter vapor of an electrolyte. The device for dry (800) includes several electrode plates (801) and several filters (803) arranged between the electrode plates (801) to condense water drops while passing vapor of the electrolyte. Each electrode plate (801) is equipped as a sealed state by each cover (804) corresponding to the plate (801). The cover (804) is fastened by a coated staying bolt (809) and a nut (810). An entrance (806) is located on the lower part of an end of the cover (804) to receive the mixing gas. An outlet (807) is formed on the upper part of the other end of the cover (804) from each filter (803) to the electrode plate (801) for discharging toward torch (T). A hole (805) on an end of the electrode plate (801) allows passing the mixing gas. An electrode (808) is connected for supplying 18-20V of voltage in series.
