PURPOSE: A road-deicing pipe is provided, which deices and removes the snow from a road in winter and keeps the proper temperature of a road in summer to keep the quality of asphalt for a long time and to ensure to driver's safety. CONSTITUTION: A road-deicing pipe comprises the steps of; installing a heatproof pipe (23) on outside of a supply pipe (22); fixing the space between a supply pipe (22) and a heatproof pipe (23) with a support (24) and a fusion zone (25) helically; forming an outlet (32) intermittently to supply warm air to the surface of a road; forming a reinforcing wall (28)(28') for external pressure stiffness and its solidity or a wave-shaped supply pipe (22') for flexibleness.
