PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely and easily fixable a rail. SOLUTION: The end part 15a of the rail fixing tool 15 is inserted between the opposed surfaces of the a part 15 and a fixing tool 16 to support in the state of preventing the tool 6 from sinking into a board. The part 15a of the tool 15 is engaged with an engaging part 7 and 9 formed at the tool 6 to operate in the state of being engaged and disengaged to/from the recess part of a rail. Since the rail held by the holding part of the tool 15 is rotated in a direction of being fitted with respect to one of the engaging parts formed at the tool 6 as a fulcrum, the parts 7 and 9 formed at the tool 6 are reliably engaged with the recess part formed at the rail though the tool 6 sinks into the board, thereby the rail can be surely and easily fixed.
