PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit issuance of detailed statement without requiring button operation for selecting the 'need for'/'unnecessary of' the issue of the statement to a user, when the issue of the statement is unnecessary in the case of a failure of cash transaction due to some reason, such as shortage of balance. SOLUTION: The 'need for'/'unnecessary of' the issue of a detailed statement can be set at a bank side in advance by using one region of the memory of an automatic cash transaction machine (S1-S3). When situation with a failure of cash transaction is generated in the case of the setting of a detailed statement issue dispensing mode (S7), the result is displayed on a screen (S10), and the issue of the detailed statement is omitted. Thus, the 'need for'/'unnecessary of' the detailed statement issue is set at the bank side, a user can be released from troublesome button operations, and the transaction time can be shortened. Also, when the issuance of the detailed statement is unnecessary, the issue of the statement is saved. |
