PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the strength of a signal outputted from an output terminal. SOLUTION: The sources of P transistors 110 and 111 are connected to a power source and the drains thereof are connected to an output terminal 100. Then, the sources of N transistors 120 and 121 are connected to the ground and the drains thereof are connected to the output terminal 100. Corresponding to the strength of an output signal outputted from the output terminal 100, either the power source or output data are connected to the gates of the P transistors 110 and 111 and either the ground or output data signal is connected to the gates of the N transistors 120 and 121. The more the number of transistors connecting an output data signal to the gates is increased, the strength of the signal outputted from the output terminal 100 is the more improved and the less the number of such transistors is decreased, the strength of the signal outputted from the output terminal 100 is weakened.
