<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement, deformation, damage of a ceramic green sheet in punching to form through holes in the green sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet holder 20 fitted to a perforating tool 30 having a processing blade part 32 for punching through holes in a ceramic green sheet 20 is provided with a support part 46 which is made of an elastic material 50-60 degrees in hardness, has an approximately cylindrical shape as a whole, is arranged on one end side of the axial direction, has a relatively large diameter, is thick in the diameter direction, and is inserted/fitted into/to the perforator 30, a contact part 42 which is arranged on the other end side of the axial direction, has a relatively small diameter, and is thin in the diameter direction, and contacts the green sheet 20, and a housing hole 48 which extends in the axial direction from the contract part 42 and houses the processing blade part 32.</p> |
