<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video deck that the assemblability and the structure are simplified in a capstan transmission mechanism unit for controlling the rotary-driving of a real for traveling the tape of a tape cassette. SOLUTION: This video deck is provided with an LS main body part for fixing a tape cassette to a reel and moving it to the position of driving control, a tape driving control main body part for loading the tape of the tape cassette fixed to the LS main body part in a position for the sliding contact of a video recording/reproducing drum, and also guiding the tape to a position for its traveling, and a swing mechanism for receiving a rotary-driving source transmitted from a capstan driving source for traveling the tape to rotary-drive the reel. This swing mechanism is provided with a swing gear for transmitting rotation to the reel, a transmission gear support shaft part having an engaging hole for engaging a swing gear support shaft provided in the swing gear freely rotatably, a transmission engaging gear for engaging the outer periphery of the transmission gear support shaft part freely rotatably, and an idle gear for transmitting the driving source of the capstan to the transmission engaging gear.</p> |
