PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the prevention of pouring by protruding or making a part of a body lack and annularly forming a continuous protrusion wall or a recess groove. SOLUTION: A warm water tank arranged in a washing water route comprises a body 1 and a bottom plate 2, and an upper flange part 11 provided on the body 1 and a lower flange part 12 provided on the bottom plate 2 are thermally welded to constitute a closing tank. In this case, a protrusion wall or a recess groove 18 is annularly formed from the top face or the side of the body 1. Besides, the top face of the body 1 or a part of a side is made to lack to have inclination so as to collect standing water toward the part, and the strip-like protrusion wall or the recess groove may be provided from the top face of the body 1 or the side. Thus, a film or an exclusive cover is not attached to the energization part of the warm water tank or to a device constructed downward, the pouring for the warm water tank is not flowed out to the other part, and water can be stopped at a fixed part.
