SOLUTION: A covering sheet 2 is extended from one end of a base body sheet 1 through a folding line, and an overlapping sheet 3 is extended from the other end of the base body sheet 1 through a folding line, and a sealing piece 4 is provided on the lower ends of the base body sheet 1 and the covering sheet 2, and at the same time, an arc-form folding line facing upward is engraved, and at the lower end of the base body sheet 1, an extended piece 7 which is longer than the lower end of the covering sheet 2 is provided. Also, a notched section 8 is formed on the extended piece 7, and a lid piece 9 and a tab piece 10 are extended from the upper end of the covering sheet 2, and at the same time, on the lid piece 9, an arc-form folding line facing downward is engraved.
