PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the control of additional writings even when an underline is generated by stopping the recording of information while making a prescribed recording capacity to be equal to or less the processing unit of a prescribed processing in recording information when the storage amount of the recording information in a buffering means becomes to be equal to or smaller than a preliminarily set prescribed storage amount. SOLUTION: When the data amount of a buffer memory becomes smaller than the amount of a prescribed level B, the recording of information is temporarily stopped at the latter half part of the second sync frame 42 from the head end of an ECC block 30 and the recording is resumed from the head end of the second frame 42 from the head end of the ECC block 30 when the data amount is recovered to be equal to or larger than the amount of the level B (or a level A). In this case, since a prescribed storage capacity is equal to or larger than the processing unit of a prescribed processing, it is made possible to surely stop the recording of the information at the part being in the prescribed position in the processing unit. Moreover, stopping positions of recordings never become random positions every time. |
