Two wheels (2,3) have a connecting axle (4). A coupling (6) on the hub (5) permits one wheel (2) to be removed so that a cable spool (7) can be installed. The spool is of lesser diameter than the wheels and is free to rotate on the axle. The stand (9) is used as a towing handle when cable (8) is rolled or unrolled.
