PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling and deassembling of a display box material by respectively forming male type engagement parts and female type engagement parts to be mutually engaged at the respective side edges of left and right surface boards, an upper surface board and a right side board, a bottom surface board at the positions of two creases by a punching work through the use of each one sheet of synthetic resin plate. SOLUTION: An advertising explanation part 6 for adhering a printed commodity explanation label is formed in the center part of the upper surface board 3 by inward bending at the position of the crease A and also the left and right role support parts 8 are formed in the center parts of the left and right side surface boards 4 and 5 by inward bending at the positions of the creases A being in parallel with the creases A between a rear surface board 1 and the left and right side surface boards 4 and 5 respectively by punching and working each one synthetic resin plates. Besides, the male type engagement parts 9 and the female type engagement parts 10 to be mutually engaged and formed at the respective side edges of the left and right side surface boards 4 and 5, the upper surface board 3 and the left and right side surface boards 4 and 5, the bottom surface board 2 which are made to be adjacent when they are bent to the normal side of the rear surface board 1 respectively by punching and working each one synthetic resin plates in the same way.
