PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a voltage for program with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A control circuit 16 controls a switch 13 so that a small-capacity capacitor 12 can be separated from a large-capacity capacitor 14 in a rewrite mode. When an AC voltage is induced at a coil 110 by external AC magnetic field, a charge current can be fed to only the small-capacity capacitor 12. As a result, the recharge voltage of the small-capacity capacitor 12 can be increased to a high voltage quickly, thus easily generating a voltage Vp for program without using any boosting circuits being composed of a charge pump and the like. |
