PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the use efficiency of a control channel and a communication channel by allowing a base station to transmit a radio signal to mobile stations by a preliminarily decided outgoing time slot of a control channel and allowing the mobile stations to transmit a call out signal to the base station by an incoming time slot just after receiving the radio signal. SOLUTION: The transmitting and receiving means of base stations 20A to 20C transmit an idle signal to mobile stations 401 to 403 in order of a preliminarily allocated system time slot of a control channel. The transmitting and receiving means of the stations 401 to 403 select the station 20 at which the electric field strength of the idle signal is strong, synchronize with the idle signal, transmit a registration signal through the control channel and transmits a call out signal to the preliminarily allocated system time slot of the control channel by synthesizing with the idle signal of the registered base station 20. The transmitting and receiving means of the station 20 starts one of free communication channels based on the call out signal, and the transmitting and receiving means of the stations 401 to 403 shift to the started communication channel. |
