PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of radiation efficiency by connecting a tip part to the tip of a linear form part that can be stored in a main body with a hinge part so that they can be inclined. SOLUTION: The antenna of a portable telephone set has a tip part 1, a bar-like linear form part 3 and a metal fitting for fitting the antenna to a portable telephone set main body. The tip part 1 is mechanically and electrically connected to the tip of the linear form part 8 by a hinge part 2. The metal fitting is installed at the rear end of the linear form part 3. The tip part 1 is formed of a spiral form part 12 and a mold part 11 surrounding it. A linear part 13 which is integrally formed with the spiral form part 12 protrudes downward from the lower end of the mold part 11 and a pin hole is made at the lower part of the linear part 13. A pair of confronted supporting pieces 31 is formed at the tip of the linear form part 8 and through holes are made in the supporting pieces in diameters which are almost similar to the pin hole.
