PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle television antenna which is easily installed, can prevent theft and is also easily removed. SOLUTION: A main body part 2 inserts an engaging piece 7 slidingly into an engaging piece provided in an inclining part 24 of a receiving base 20 to be attached. The part 24 inclines in its attached state to be able to erect the part 2 at a prescribed angle fitting reception. The erected state can be held by engaging teeth 23b and 24b. The part 2 is removed by such a manner that a projection 28 for release makes a stopper 12 retreat from a fixed hole 27e by pushing the part 2 toward the base 20. The part 2 is extracted slidingly with the pushed state as it is to be removed, and its attachment and removal can be done with one hand. Also, theft is prevented because only a user can know an operation that removes the part 2 while pushing it because of usually performing an operation erecting the part 2.
