PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device inspecting a large area on ball surfaces in a short period at a single loading. SOLUTION: This device 100 is provided with a rotation shaft 3 engaged with one bearing ring selected from an inner bearing ring 7 or an outer bearing ring 9 (inner bearing ring 7) to restrict a travel in the axial direction, and to rotate the one bearing ring, a pressing plate 13 provided on the opposite side of the rotation shaft 3 across an ball bearing 5 to restrict the rotation of the other bearing ring and to press the other bearing ring in the axial direction of the rotation shaft 3, and a pressing back plate 33 provided for traveling in the axial direction of the rotation shaft 3 and pressing the other bearing ring (outer bearing ring 9) back to a direction opposite to the pressing direction of the pressing plate 13.
