PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a metal jacket gasket maintaining good yield, good manufacturability and high efficiency of producing metal jacket gaskets, a press roller device used in the production method and a metal jacket gasket produced by the production method. SOLUTION: A band shaped metal base member 14, a band shaped cushion material 15 and a band shaped metal cover member 16 narrower in width than the base member 14 are prepared. The cushion material 15 is piled up on the base member 14 and the cover member 16 is piled up on those. Both side ends of the base member 14 are folded back to make overlap with the cover material 16 by a press roller 31 or 34 and thereby a band shaped gasket process member 17 is formed. Metal jacket gaskets are produced by processing the gasket process material 17 to a designated shape and connecting its longitudinal ends.
