<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint capable of connecting a fluid conduit such as an exhaust pipe in a relatively angular-displaceable and airtight manner by sufficiently ensuring the forming accuracy of a seal surface of an annular seal ring. SOLUTION: In a pipe joint 1 to connect a first fluid conduit 2 to a second fluid conduit 3 in a relatively angular-displaceable and airtight manner, an annular seal ring 4 using a small metal wire having a tapered inner circumferential seal surface with its opening end side tapered is provided on a connection part of the first fluid conduit 2, an outer circumferential seal seat 3a of partially projecting spherical shape is provided on a connection part of the second fluid conduit 3 opposite to the annular seal ring 4, and a pressing means 5 to slidably press the inner circumferential seal surface 4b of the annular seal ring 4 against the outer circumferential seal seat 3a across the fluid conduits 2, 3.</p> |
