PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute an in-tank inspection work easily and excellently by remote control. SOLUTION: In this device 1, a pair to disjunctive-direction thrusters 10 (10R, 10L) are installed respectively roughly on the central parts in the cross direction a little to the sides on both right and left sides with the driving-force direction as Z-axis direction, and parallel-direction thrusters 20 (20R, 20L) are installed on both right and left sides of a rear end part with the driving-force direction as Y-axis direction. And, clawlers 30 (30R, 30L) are installed on bottom parts corresponding to the disjunctive-direction thrusters 10 (10R, 10L) with the driving direction as the cross direction, and an adhesive seal 40 is arranged along the periphery so as to enclose the clawlers 30 (30R, 30L).
