GAS ANALYZER FOR AIR BUBBLE IN LIQUID CRYSTAL CELL AND GAS ANALYSIS OF AIR BUBBLE IN LIQUID CRYSTAL CELL UTILIZING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a gas analyzer for air bubbles in a liquid crystal cell and a method for analyzing gases utilizing the same mainly for the purpose of limiting a region from which the gas to be measured is emitted as far as possible and to separate the gas to be measured and other gases by controlling the pressure and the temperature of the region where the gas to be measured exists under a low background. SOLUTION: The gas analyzer for air bubbles in a liquid crystal cell is characterized by having at least a tightly closed space 2 which can tightly close only a localized part of the liquid crystal cell containing air bubbles generated within the liquid crystal cell 1, a breaking means 5 to break the air bubbles leaving the tightly closed state as it is inside the tightly closed space 2 and a gas analyzing means 11 for the broken air bubbles. Besides, a method for analyzing gases for air bubbles in the liquid crystal cell utilizes the gas analyzer.
