PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw refuse treatment system in which waste treatment is facilitated while enhancing control efficiency by drying refuse through heating. SOLUTION: The raw refuse treatment system comprises a raw refuse container 2, a heating means (heater 14), a separating means (radiator 4b, gas/liquid separation chamber 56) for introducing a steam 3 to the outside of the container and returning the air back to the container, means (drain pipe 62) for condensing the steam and draining the separated water to the outside of the container depending on the pressure acting in the container, and a control means (CPU). Steam generated from refuse by heating is separated into air and water through circulation cooling and the heating means is controlled depending on pressure reduction of the container and the circulation system and the temperature difference between suction air and exhaust air of the container thus realizing efficient heating control while deodorizing the treatment, reducing the volume of raw refuse through drying, and facilitating waste treatment.
