PASTE COMPOSITION, GREEN SHEET AND MULTILAYERED CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste compsn. which prevents gelation caused when an org. binder having acidic functional groups is mixed with a polyvalent metal or a polyvalent metal compd. and which shows excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: This paste compsn. contains (a) an org. binder having acidic functional groups such as carboxyl groups, (b) polyvalent metals such as copper and nickel or polyvalent metal compds. such as B2O3 and BaO, and (c) an anion adsorptive substance such as hydroxyapatite having absorbing property of anions of the org. binder. The aforementioned anion adsorptive substances are fine particles having 0.01 to 50 μm average particle size.
