PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check a board level with the use of a boundary scanning system without adding a circuit for checking to the printed board where an LSI conforming to the boundary scanning system and an LSI not conforming to the boundary scanning system are mixedly mounted. SOLUTION: Predetermined data is read out or written by an LSI not conforming to a boundary scanning system with the use of an LSI conforming to the boundary scanning system (S14 or S18). Dat a obtained by the reading or writing by the LSI not conforming to the boundary scanning system and, the predetermined data are compared (S16). As a result of the comparison, if the obtained data do not agree with the predetermined data, generation of an error is judged (S16 and S21). |
