PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of a locating snap ring and a locating snap ring groove capable of preventing the spring-out of a rolling bearing and the like without increasing the manufacturing cost, and to elongate the life. SOLUTION: A fixed shaft side locating snap ring groove 11 and an inner sleeve side locating snap ring groove are respectively formed on an outer peripheral surface of a fixed shaft 1 and an inner peripheral surface of an inner sleeve 5 oppositely to each other, then the elastic expandable locating snap rings 13 are mounted on both locating snap ring grooves 11, a screw member 15 is engaged with a radial threaded hole of the inner sleeve 5, and the elastic locating snap ring 13 is elastically pressed to the fixed shaft side locating snap ring groove 11 by the screw member 15.
