PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a digital oscilloscope and a waveform display method in which an abnormal waveform can be retrieved easily. SOLUTION: This digital oscilloscope improves a digital oscilloscope in which waveform data on a measured result is stored in a storage part 2 and in which a waveform is displayed. The digital oscilloscope is provided with a region setting means 6 which sets the abnormal region of waveform data. In addition, the digital oscilloscope is provided with a judgment means 7 which judges whether the waveform data in the storage part is inside the abnormal region or not. In addition, the digital oscilloscope is provided with a display means 5 which displays the waveform data when the waveform data is situated inside the abnormal region by the judgment of the judgment means 7.
