PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device for fuel assembly loading capable of moving the guide for fuel assembly loading to the next loading position without requiring much labor and time and easily performing the work for loading a fuel assembly. SOLUTION: A guiding device 1 is provided with a guide 3 for fuel assembly loading for guiding a fuel assembly and loaded on the lower core plate 2 of a pressurized water reactor at a specific position, a guide support body 4 for moving the guide 3 for fuel assembly loading on the lower core plate 2 and supporting capable of elevating, and a pair of moving force providing mechanisms 5A and 5B providing the guide support body 4 with a moving force in horizontal direction.
