PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adjusting apparatus, for the roll of a transport amount, by which the bulk density and the molding of a powder material are made uniform and which increases the transport amount and the feed accuracy of the powder material. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a carrying-out belt conveyor 3 is installed at the lower-end opening part 2 of a hopper 1, Both side plates 4 of the hopper are extended toward the final end part of the conveyor 3. A guide part 4" which is tilted downward toward the side of the center line of the conveyor 3 is formed at the both side plates 4 and an extension part 4'. A downward tilted feed plate 6 which is directed to the lower part of the lower-end opening part 2 is installed at the carrying-out side of the lower-end opening part 2. By using the feed plate 6, the rear surface of the surface leveling roll 10 of an object, to be carried out, which is fed onto the conveyor 3 can be adjusted in such a way that the rear surface becomes the lower-end feed edge 6' or lower of the feed plate 6.
