PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a fluorescent image with high sensitivity, by removing effectively a noise generated in the image by dispersed excited light. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with one or more excited light sources 20, 21, 22 for emitting excited light having wavelengths stimulating fluorescent material included in an image carrier, one or more light sources 23, 24, 25 for emitting light having wavelength not exciting the fluorescent material, a CCD camera, a excited light cut filter arranged on the front of the CCD camera for cutting excited light, and an image processing means 33 for exciting the fluorescent material included in the image carrier by one or more exciting light sources 20, 21, 22, and for irradiating the image carrier by one or more light sources from image data obtained by detecting fluorescence emitted from the fluorescent material, and for subtracting digitally corrected image data obtained by detecting dispersed light to form fluorescent image data.
