PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication management report from missing in advance by generating communication management report image information, on the basis of communication management information when a prescribed automatic transmission start factor occurs, calling out a transmission destination number stored in a transmission destination storage means and transmitting it to the destination. SOLUTION: In a specific procedure of automatic transmission processing, a system control processing section 22 discriminates whether or not a communication management information transmission destination is registered in the storage area of a RAM 4, and terminates the processing when the destination is not registered. When the destination is registered, the processing section 22 calls out the transmission destination to set up a channel with the transmission destination. When a front cover acceptance/rejection flag is set to '0', the processing section 22 transits to the automatic transmission processing. When the front cover acceptance/rejection flag is set to '1', the processing section 22 generates display image information, transmits it in compliance with the G3 protocol, and is transited to the automatic transmission processing. The processing section 22 generates communication management report image information on the basis of all communication management information stored in a communication management table, transmits it in compliance with the G3 protocol, interrupts the channel, and clears the communication management table.
