PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an irregularity in an image as a result of bouncing up of a trailing end in a large size sheet, and at the same time, preventing the irregularity in the image owing to deflection (shock) of the trailing end in the small size sheet. SOLUTION: This image forming device is, let forming a projection part 42 in an approximately center part of a sheet guide area of an entrance guide member 38 for guiding so as to raise the almost center part of the sheet and to gradually lower the trailing end of the sheet accompanying with approach to a nip part N. The projection part 42 is, provided with a first slanting part 44 rising up to the fixing roller 34 side, and the second slanting part 46 gradually lowering to the pressure roller 36 side in accompany with approach to the nip part N provided in connection with this first slanting part 44.
