PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove impurity of blowdown fluid from a steam generator without raising cost. SOLUTION: A reactor power generation facility is provided with a draining system 15 for draining a part of fluid in the steam generator 2 by blowdown and throwing the drained blowdown fluid in a condensate demineralizer 7 without passing through a bypass path 12, heat exchangers 17 and 18 cooling the blowdown fluid by the fluid in the condensate system 5 as a cooling medium are provided, the blowdown fluid is passed through the condensate demineralizer 7 in the state kept below the resisting temperature of the ion exchanger of the condensate demineralizer 7 to raise plant efficiency and sufficiently remove impurity by preventing degradation of ion exchange resin of the condensate demineralizer 7, and the impurity of the blowdown fluid from the steam generator 2 is removed without raising cost.
