PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution and to obtain excellent mechanical strength, making mounted plate-like fire resistive members efficiently usable without waste. SOLUTION: This fire resistive building plate comprises a surface metal panel member 1, a back face metal panel member 2, a plurality of plate-like fire resistive members 3, 3,... enclosed in the surface metal panel member 1 and back face metal panel member 2, and a plurality of incombustible thin plate pieces 4, 4,.... The plate-like fire resistive members 3, 3,... are arranged in the almost grated state along a longitudinal direction and a cross direction in the surface metal panel member 1. Abutting parts (j) of the plate-like fire resistive members 3, 3 adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the surface metal panel member 1 are uniformed along the cross direction of the surface metal panel member 1, and the thin plate pieces 4, 4 are mounted between the adjacent plate-like fire resistive members 3, 3 orthogonally to the abutting parts (j).
