PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct the cutting work of a sealant simply and smoothly over the whole length by arranging a wire nearly in parallel with the sealant at the portion of a cut object of the sealant, and pulling and moving the wire. SOLUTION: A wire W is pulled nearly in parallel along the inner peripheral side of a sealant S and along guide rollers 4 arranged at four corners, and its one end section is finally fixed to the wire winding roller 23 of a winding device 20A. The wire W is formed into a nearly square shape parallel with four sides of the sealant S on both the inner peripheral side and outer peripheral side of the sealant S. A handle 24 is rotated to rotate a wire winding roller 23 in this state, the wire W is wound on the guide groove of the wire winding roller 23 and is pulled as shown by arrows, and the sealant S can be cut over the whole periphery.
