PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a vehicle with high driving force even when a brake pedal and an accelerator pedal are concurrently depressed by returning a solenoid valve from a cutoff position to a communication position on the condition that the depression of the brake pedal is released. SOLUTION: A solenoid valve SV temporarily set to a cutoff position is returned to a communication position when the depression of a brake pedal is released into a strong creep state. The strong creep state is achieved after a strong creep instruction F-SCRP is issued, and the strong creep instruction F-SCRP is issued when the depression of the brake pedal is released in a D range. If the solenoid valve SV is returned to the communication position in the strong creep state while the depression of the brake pedal is being released, a shock may be applied to the foot put on the brake pedal, therefore the strong creep instruction F-SCRP is issued on the condition that the depression of the brake pedal is released.
